- Transport Canada Advanced Certified RPAS / VLOS and Registered

- Drone will be flown according to all current rules, regulations and notices under Transport Canada and NAV Canada
- Bookings may need to be rescheduled due to weather. High winds, icing and cold temperatures will adversely affect a booking. This will be communicated to you before the shoot.
- Sites that require a Transport Canada Authorization Request (properties near major airports in controlled airspace) will require an additional $25 fee.
Videography
Video dramatically increases exposure to your listing but more importantly, to your brand. Potential home sellers will notice the agents who use video on their listings.

iGuide Drafting is not guaranteed but generally completed by late evening.

$65 / hour - actual driving time from Crossfield
For places further than 35 mins actual driving time from Crossfield or Olds (depending on the photographer), a fee of $65 / hour will be charged for the full trip. All single service bookings require a travel fee.
Example:
From Crossfield to Sundre / Sylvan Lake / Red Deer – 2 hours round trip = $130 travel fee
