- Transport Canada Advanced Certified RPAS / VLOS and Registered
- Liability Insured
- Drone will be flown according to all current rules, regulations and notices under Transport Canada and NAV Canada
- Bookings may need to be rescheduled due to weather. High winds, icing and cold temperatures will adversely affect a booking. This will be communicated to you before the shoot.
- Sites that require a Transport Canada Authorization Request (properties near major airports in controlled airspace) will require an additional $25 fee.

Social Media REEL - $185
A one-take walkthrough of the main floor.
With agent intro/outro – $235
- A budget friendly video option giving a quick glimpse of the main level of the property.
- Main level only – if you require the full house filmed, our cinematic video is recommended.
- Delivered in a vertical resolution – perfect for your social media reels.
- Length varies usually between 30 seconds and 1 minute.
- A generic music track is provided in the video but feel free to change it to whatever you feel when posting!
- Reels dramatically increase exposure on social media platforms.
- Elevate your brand. Video not only helps with the current listing but also aids in getting future listings from sellers who see what you put into marketing.

Detail Photos - $75
- Closer views of features of the home

Rush Delivery - $75
Same day photo delivery. Must be advised before the shoot.
iGuide Drafting is not guaranteed but generally completed by late evening.
- Generally, if we can finish a shoot before noon - you can have your Photos and iGuide sent back later in the afternoon / evening.
Twilight / Pre-Dawn Shoot - $200
The main exterior shot(s) captured minutes after the sun sets or just before sunrise. Add this to catch they eye of buyers scrolling through the MLS.

Virtual Staging - $45 - $55 per photo
Furniture and décor will be naturally edited in a photo of an empty room.
- $55 / photo if ordering 1-4 photos of the same property
