- Transport Canada Advanced Certified RPAS / VLOS and Registered
- Liability Insured
- Drone will be flown according to all current rules, regulations and notices under Transport Canada and NAV Canada
- Bookings may need to be rescheduled due to weather. High winds, icing and cold temperatures will adversely affect a booking. This will be communicated to you before the shoot.
- Sites that require a Transport Canada Authorization Request (properties near major airports in controlled airspace) will require an additional $25 fee.
Videography
Video dramatically increases exposure to your listing but more importantly, to your brand. Potential home sellers will notice the agents who use video on their listings.

Generally, if I can finish a shoot before noon - I can have your Photos and iGuide sent back later in the afternoon / evening.
- No guarantees as my ability to expedite your property will depend on my workload for the day.
Twilight / Pre-Dawn Shoot - $185
The main exterior shot(s) captured minutes after the sun sets or just before sunrise. Add this to catch they eye of buyers scrolling through the MLS.
- A travel fee will still apply if an iGuide + Photoshoot was completed on a prior visit. If it's all done on the same visit (likely beforehand), the fee won't apply.
Virtual Staging - $45 - $55 per photo
Furniture and décor will be naturally edited in a photo of an empty room.
- $55 / photo if ordering 1-4 photos of the same property
- $50 / photo if ordering 5-9 photos of the same property
- $45 / photo if ordering 10 or more photos of the same property

Without an iGuide + Photo package or for places further than 40 mins actual driving time from Crossfield, a fee of $65 / hour will be charged for the full trip.

Sundre / Sylvan Lake / Red Deer – 2 hours round trip = $130 travel fee
