- RMS measurements using the laser accurate iGuide system which also includes a 3D virtual tour of the property
- Videography (cinematic walk-throughs and social media reels)
- Virtual staging – the editing is very realistic
- Drone photography and videogaphy (I am Transport Canada Advanced Certified – which means I can fly almost anywhere with the proper prep work)
I use high end equipment and more important than equipment, high end techniques to capture quality images and videos that showcase a property’s best features to make it more visually appealing and accurate for your clients.
